Episode Summary

A few weeks ago I began trying out the Wim Hof method.  I introduced his method to you in episode 018 and gave an initial update in episode 022.  It consists of breathing exercises, cold water immersion and mental focus.  

I have been doing the breathing exercises and taking cold showers for over three weeks now.  In this episode I update you on how the cold showers are going and the differences I am starting to see.  It still amazes me that I am podcasting about taking cold showers!
