Episode Summary
After discovering the range of factors that contribute to the cause of depression yesterday, today I refocused my search on information about what goes on in the brain. In this episode I explain the problems I encountered with the sheer volume and doubtful quality of some of the information. But I also share a brilliant resource I found on the topic of depression. It has no ads, is written by PhDs and isn’t trying to sell you anything.
