Over the last couple of weeks I have been experimenting with taking cold showers and trying out Wim Hof’s breathing exercises based on his free introductory course. I have been impressed with how my tolerance of the cold has improved even over just a couple of weeks.
I have also been inspired listening to Wim Hof explain how and why his approach works and how he has opened his abilities up to the scrutiny of scientific research.
And so based on all of that, when an offer came through on his 60th birthday, I decided to invest in the Wim Hof Fundamentals programme. I share what’s in the package in this episode.
