Episode Summary
In yesterday’s episode I mulled over the need to let go of my old story and start living my life today. In effect I need to develop a new story. The trouble is, I don’t know what that story is.
So having thought about it overnight, I put together a list of attributes and skills that I think I’ll probably need. In this episode I that list and explain why I think I need them.

00:16 – Background to this episode. In yesterday’s episode on letting go of my old story, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to replace it with. Overnight I have come up with a list of attributes and skills I think I will need regardless of what story I create for myself.

- I don’t think 4-12 sessions with an NHS therapist will be enough
- I probably have to embark on a longer journey of self-discovery
