Yesterday I stumbled across some depression resources on the World Health Organisation’s Website. Amongst them were a series of videos that covered a number of depression related topics. One of them stood out for me. It was about a guy called Angelo’s experience of suffering and then recovering from depression. In this episode I share my thoughts on this video.

Today I watched a very powerful video about struggling and recovering from depression. It is called Angelo’s Story and can be found on the World Health Organisation website.
This is the most real, authentic and honest account I have seen on the WHO website about what it is like to suffer and recover from depression.
A person who goes through depression and attains healing will be a better member of society.
