Over the last couple of episodes I have reported on the research I have done on the benefits of cold water immersion. The evidence is compelling and it seems cold showers stimulate the generation of same neurotransmitters in the brain that antidepressants do.

In this episode I share with you the step by step plan I followed to be able to to have a 2 minute cold shower every morning… Brrrrrrr…. but I do feel good because of it.
