Episode Show Notes
12 – In Monday’s episode (086 I Think I Need To Shift My Approach To Researching The Brain And Happiness) I explained why I now want to focus on the brain and happiness instead of the brain and depression.
46 – On Tuesday I looked at the different types of antidepressants and what they actually do in the brain. Things are starting to make sense now.
41 – In Wednesday’s episode I looked at how effective antidepressants are, especially when compared to placebos. It seems that whilst placebos don’t perform as well as antidepressants, they do perform!
55 – “Should I continue with my therapy?” was the question I asked myself in Thursday’s episode. I asked this because I’m now at the point where I feel like I don’t need it.
48 – On Friday in episode 090 I looked at the side effects of antidepressants and came up with some worrying information.
30 – And finally in yesterday’s episode, I gave an update on where I am with learning and applying the Wim Hof Method.
