Yesterday I talked about Martin Seligman’s explanation of the ABC’s of learned helplessness – Adversity, Beliefs & Consequences.  Well today I experienced that cycle as it drove me back into a deep depressed state.  In this episode, that very nearly did not get recorded, I explain what happened.
