In my weekly summary episode, I reflect on the lessons of the last week and share my thoughts on the progress (or not) that I am making. Specifically this week the episodes have covered the following:

00:15 – Episode 051 – So What Now? talked about how I still think I have stalled and I don’t know what to do about it.
01:11 – I decided to revisit Choose Yourself by James Altucher to see if there was anything I had missed.
01:30 – In Episode 052 I revisited The Daily Practice from James Altucher.
02:04 – I committed to being more mindful and to express gratitude more often that I had been.
02:12 – In Episode 053 I shared my thoughts on mindfulness and talked through being mindful whilst on a walk back from town.
02:57 – Whilst watching another one of the fabulous Impact Theory video interviews with Tom Bilyeu, I heard a powerful way of defining self worth – by defining it by things that can’t be taken away from you. (Thank you Melissa Hartwig!)
04:14 – On Friday and Saturday I did a cop out couple of episodes – one about not knowing what to podcast about and the other inviting people to come and be interviewed.
05:14 – I reflect that I still lack direction in moving forward and that whilst I feel ok now, it is still a dangerous place to be.
06:17 – I look at the possible reasons why I might have stalled.
07:11 – I am determined to find a way through this.
