Meditation is good for lots of reasons. It is highly beneficial for people struggling with depression (and anxiety too). In today’s brief episode I explain how I accidentally started meditating and how it has now become a part of my daily routine.

I started doing meditation again by accident because I was preparing to do the Wim Hof breathing exercises, and found myself sitting doing nothing with my eyes closed for about 15 minutes.
I have since incorporated that into my daily routine. Sometimes I even do 5 minutes in the evening as well.
I have also started practicing being mindful whenever I can – certainly when I am preparing my food.
