In this episode I pull a few highlights from the World Happiness Report that was issued on World Happiness Day on 20th March. If you think the world’s richest countries are the happiest, then listen to this. There is a brilliant definition of happiness and believe it or not, money is not as big a factor as you might think.

07:37 – People are not good judges of what makes them happy. Millionaires generally feel they will be happier if they had 2-3 times more than they currently have, regardless of how rich they are.
08:41 – Social interaction is key to real happiness but not just through Social Media.
09:41 – We need to choose what happiness means to us. It may not necessarily be an achievement. More likely, happiness will be found in the achieving.
